Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Analyst 1 to provide IT
support and PACS system administration.
Key Responsibilities
Setup and configure workstations and perform network
troubleshooting
Provide PACS application support to radiologists, technologists,
and clients
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient data while
managing PACS systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field or two years of clinical
experience as a radiology technologist
Experience in system maintenance and support
Advanced skill level in Microsoft operating systems and Office
software
Previous experience in a healthcare-related field is helpful
