ResponsibilitiesThe IBM GWAC Center of Excellence (COE) manages a
portfolio of agency to government-wide acquisition vehicles,
ranging from OMB designated tiers 1, 2, to 3 Best In Class (BICs)
and is searching for a Program Manager (PM) who will contribute to
the growth of IBM Consulting Federal's pipeline and upcoming
new/recompete Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
vehicles.The PM's responsibility is to budget, train and equip
resources to accomplish all vehicle-level requirements that will
meet and exceed government and IBM Consulting's Federal
expectations. Primary tasks include CDRL reporting, marketing the
vehicle, small business sub-contracting goals, PMRs, CPARs and
interaction with the government customers. A successful PM will
have a strategic approach with a solid tactical follow-up.The PM
will establish a healthy relationship with the government program
management offices and assisted acquisition services to support IBM
Consulting's Federal's business development and capture goals.The
PM will have the knowledge and experience along with strong
communication and presentation skills to market IBM GWAC COE's
portfolio of acquisition vehicles to internal IBM account teams,
service line leaders, and senior leadership.Required Technical and
Professional ExpertiseMinimum of 10 years relevant
ExperienceExpertise in FAR 16.5 and 8.4 and AASExcellent
communication and presentation skillsPreferred Technical and
Professional Expertise
