  • Learning and adopting consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
  • Translating client's business needs into business requirements and participating in the production of solutions to drive business value.
  • Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance while in IBM Consulting-Federal.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance while in IBM Consulting - Federal. Willingness to travel up to 100%.
  • Outcome focused, possessing a high level of resilience, you demonstrate the flexibility and resolve needed to achieve success across a broad range of consultative contexts.
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and challenges and apply a creative and logical approach to identify solutions.
