yearResponsibilities:What You'll DoSpend 8 hours/day on the Smrt
Phone with sellers (inbound + outbound)Own your pipeline:
follow-ups, nurture, track, close, and communicateBuild rapport
fast-tone, pace, empathy, mirroringUncover real seller motivation,
pain points, condition, pricing, and timelineControl the call
without sounding salesy-move the deal forward with subtletyWork
with the team to underwrite, negotiate, and get contracts
signedStay plugged in after hours if a deal is live and movingSpeak
up in team meetings-bring solutions, not just updatesWhat we
expect2-4 signed contracts/month within 90 daysYou know your
metrics-contact rate, close %, pipeline value-and improve
themYou're the one calling back that 8 pm follow-u,p who finally
picked upYou ask for feedback before you're given itYou care about
the deals, the mission, and your
reputationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales,
Business or a related field of study preferred
+1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate
acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly
desired
Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and
goal-oriented
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and
superior phone skills to set and close appointments
3+ years of experience in real estate, phone sales, or inside sales
(preferred)Strong communication skills-both verbal and
writtenComfortable spending 8 hours/day on the phone with
sellersConfidence, empathy, andthe ability to build quick
rapportCoachable with a hunger to improve through feedback and
trainingResilient under pressure-can handle rejection and bounce
back fastTech-savvy enough to work inside a CRM, dialer, and Slack
dailyMust be located in Maryland and able to work in the office
full timeAbout CompanyWe've been wholesaling and flipping since
2018 in Virginia.
