Job Description:

The ideal candidate is one that has desire to build great web apps using HTML5, leveraging CSS3 libraries and modern tooling. Also, the ideal candidate is able to adapt to different responsibilities, wear many different hats, shows respect for teammates, and has a passion for constantly improving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing design decisions with modern HTML5 and CSS3 expertise

• Contribute to design decisions through collaborative study and rapid prototyping

• Understand and solve cross-browser compatibility concerns

• Build for complex application layouts with adaptive and responsive styles

• Manage, test, and develop against strict 508 requirements

• Participate in code reviews

• Constantly seek opportunities to learn and improve the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or related field, or comparable experience

• 3+ years experience design and implementing HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery

• 5+ years experience working with web applications deployed on multiple platforms for high volume traffic

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience using mobile technologies

• Experience with Twitter Bootstrap plugins and tooling

• Understanding of continuous integration

• Understanding of Javascript and Client-Side MVC

• Experience with advanced JSON

• Experience with contributing to an open source software project

• Experience with automated testing including javascript unit testing

• Knowledge of change management tools including git

• Understanding with Agile, including Scrum and XP

• Experience using mobile technologies

• Understanding of continuous integration

• Understanding of web services (JAX-WS, SOAP, JAX-RS, REST, Jersey)

• Experience with automated testing

• Knowledge of change management tools, Git, Subversion, TortoiseSVN

• Understanding with Agile, including Scrum and XP
